The wine
Bright ruby red, on the nose it recalls a floral texture of red rose and violet, with a fruity counterpoint of cherry, black cherry, plum, plum, berries such as blackberry, red and black currant, raspberry. Well balanced between flavor and freshness, it has an intense sip and a good body despite its graceful youth. Typical with first courses and risottos (also from traditional Venetian cuisine such as flour gnocchi with mountain cheeses, pasta and beans, risotto with sausage), red meats, roasts, mixed boiled chicken, beef, tongue, cotechino, white meats and poultry in general, toasted polenta with herring, aged cheeses.
