The wine
Strong ruby, the nose evokes marasca cherry, small berries, candied red fruit, with spicy notes of black pepper, licorice, cocoa and tobacco. The sip is soft and warm, with a marked velvety sensation that envelops the whole mouth. It goes well with pasta dishes with truffle and meat sauce, grilled red meats and aged cheeses.
Drinking and storing
Serve between 16ºC and 18ºC
