Scala Fenicia Capri

Scala Fenicia Capri is a delicate and gentle wine, with a pale straw yellow color. The nose is intense, with characteristic aromas of lemon, broom and mineral hints. In the mouth expresses the texture of a great white thanks to the acid verve that refreshes the palate and makes it pleasant to drink, the rebound from the center of the palate, good body, balance of alcohol, decided lengthening in the end to the clean and refreshing conclusion. Also notes of almond and fresh fruit are perceived. On the table it is excellent combined with shellfish, seafood, grilled fish, stewed cuttlefish and poached octopus.
