The wine
Sedilesu Carnevale is a precious and refined red wine, with great body and structure. Characterized by an intense ruby red color with garnet reflections, the nose opens with fruity hints of marasca cherry, enriched by pleasant spicy notes of vanilla. On the palate it is broad, soft and pleasantly velvety. Perfect to accompany structured and tasty winter dishes of the Sardinian culinary tradition; first courses with meat sauce and red meats; game and aged cheeses.
