The wine
Seghesio's Dolcetto d'Alba is a young, fresh and ready-to-drink wine. It is vinified in 50hl steel tanks for 9 months. It is a very pleasant and velvety Dolcetto with a ruby red color and a fresh scent. It shows a ruby red color; to the nose it expresses delicate and intense floral notes of violet and cherry. On the palate it is well balanced, fresh and broad, with a persistent finish. Excellent in combination with meat and aged cheeses.

Serve between 16ºC and 18ºC
