The wine
The Tanca Farrà appears red in color with garnet hues; the nose releases power and wealth, it is very enveloping. It opens with a harmony of hints of ripe red fruit, black cherries in alcohol and a slight hint of Mediterranean scrub; everything is enhanced by the spicy persuasive notes, which refer to pink pepper, licorice and cocoa. The sip is full and proud, thanks to the strength of the ferrous and clayey earth in which it is grown. Balanced thanks to a soft tannin and a vanilla aftertaste. It goes well with meat dishes and aged cheeses.

Serve between 16ºC and 18ºC
