Sella & Mosca Alghero Torbato Brut

A rare and precious grape, rediscovered and enhanced by Sella & Mosca over years of work, peat grows on soils rich in limestone from millenary marine sedimentations. The bunches are also carefully selected from those that stand out for their marked acidity, in order to give the must the best characteristics for sparkling wine. A unique combination, enhanced by the cuvée close method, capable of preserving the most intimate aromas that characterize the variety, giving the wine brilliance and fragrance. The long stay on the lees at the end of fermentation gives this Brut an aristocratic texture, a pérlage of unattainable finesse and a surprising aromatic intensity. The straw yellow color is bright and brilliant, while the aromas range with joyful vivacity between acacia flowers and pink grapefruit, noble yeasts and bread crust. An iodized trail reverberates in a tasty, fresh and balsamic palate, creamy at the entrance as well as dry and vertical. The aromatic nuances never leave the sip, carried away by the acidity in an interminable finish.
