The wine
Dimonios is a Cannonau Riserva dedicated to the Sassari Brigade, the "Dimonios", demons by virtue of the value shown on the battlefields of the Great War. Dimonios comes from vineyards on red clays, capable of imparting finesse and minerality to wines. It has a full and intense ruby red color, tending to garnet. The nose offers sensations of ripe red fruit, undergrowth, sweet spices and toasted puffs. In the mouth it has a pleasant structure, it is soft and warm, but also savory, fresh and pleasantly tannic. It perfectly accompanies structured first courses, main courses of meat and medium-aged cheeses.
