The wine
Even in the classic method mode, Torbato offers a wonderful surprise: it carries the precious indispensable acid rib. The view shows a beautiful bright straw yellow color, the nose expresses floral notes with sensations of hawthorn and orange blossom. The sip is very fresh and pleasant, with fine and lively perlage, the taste is broad and decisive with a harmonious, compact and vertical finish. It can perfectly accompany a complete meal based on fish menus.
