Shafer Merlot

Shafer Vineyards, located in the south of the Napa Valley, in the state of California and, to be more exact, within the sub-denomination of the Stags Leap District, is considered one of the best merlot producers in the region. The progressive selection of clusters already in the vineyards at the approach of the harvest, discarding those that do not gather the best qualities, not only allows the plants to concentrate all their vitality on the remaining fruit but also allows to delay the collection of useful fruit as much as possible, with what you get a higher degree of sugars and aromas.

In short, a smooth and elegant merlot, with the complexity of the Cabernet Sauvignon and the floral touch of the French cabernet, that we can drink immediately to appreciate all its aromatic character, or after some time.
