The wine
Golden, with straw-yellow reflections, of good consistency. The nose is fine, delicate and complex, with hints of tropical and citrus fruits, then of ripe white fruit. Delicate spicy notes emerge from the bouquet. Fresh, very savory, well balanced, with a good body and a nice aftertaste of bitter almond typical of the grape. It goes well with seafood and land appetizers, seafood first courses, bottarga-based dishes, soft and medium-aged cheeses.
