The wine
Like the other whites of Sandy Skerk, this too comes from maceration in contact with the skins, which lasts for a period of 15 days in medium-sized wooden vats. It expresses fruity aromas embellished with notes of white pepper and floral. The taste is soft and structured, perfect for delicate and tasty combinations such as risotto and crepes au gratin in the oven.
