The wine
A blend of 75% Macabeo and 25% Garnacha Blanca, this wine was traditionally fermented in stainless steel vats and then aged for 3 months on its lees.
It is a bright and elegant white, with a fruity nose, revealing notes of tropical fruits, white flowers and herbs. Fresh and pleasant on the palate and with a smooth entry, it delivers flavours of tropical and citrus fruits plus floral hints, and shows complexity, structure and good acid.
