SoloUva Franciacorta Brut

SoloUva Brut is a fragrant and spring sparkling wine with a distinct fruity and floral identity. It has a bright golden yellow color with some light green hints and a perfect bubble for copiousness and finesse. The nose releases intense flavors of spring flower and fruit, to which is added a trace of candy. Everything is very young and fresh, without traces of yeasts or woods. The tasting is polite, in the body as in the bubble, but also in the freshness and flavor. Fair gustatory persistence. Very versatile in combinations, it is indicated as an aperitif but also throughout the meal, especially with dishes with delicate flavors. Perfect on first courses with white meat sauce, but also on Milanese cutlet, fish skewers, baked fish, margherita pizza, four cheeses or cooked ham.
