The wine
The grapes of this particular vineyard located in Farrò di Follina are selected and vinified separately. This area has a clayey soil and develops between 270 and 310 meters high. The "232 particle" looks like a "Brut Nature" that goes against the trend of the classic styles with which Prosecco Superiore DOCG is traditionally produced. His rebellion was rewarded and his honesty tells the identity of the territory.
