Sottimano Barbaresco Cottà

Sottimano Barbaresco Cottà is a soft and very elegant red. It has a deep garnet color. The olfactory examination reveals its aging potential, thanks to the well-known balsamic notes just mentioned, combined with sensations of small red fruits and a slight floral scent. In aging its bouquet expands in the aromas of tobacco and sweet spices. The taste is particularly structured and, at the same time, elegant; in a word, classic, but also fine, soft and delicately fruity, with a good tannic texture and a solid structure. Excellent with red meats and aged cheeses.
