Sottimano Barbaresco Pajorè

Sottimano Barbaresco Pajorè is a wine of great structure and character. It presents itself at the sight of a bright and intense garnet red. On the nose it expresses spicy and licorice notes, intense and compact, accompanied by floral and fruity sensations. On the palate it is incisive at the start, then slowly relaxes, showing very fine and precise tannins in their development. With natural minerality, it gives a long and persistent finish. Excellent table companion, it is considered among the best Italian roast wines, but it also goes well with rich first courses based on white truffle and porcini mushrooms, game, poultry, braised and aged or spicy cheeses.
