The wine
The Moscato Giallo, in German “Goldmuskateller”, is vinified dry in the San Michele-Appiano cellar; the result is a glass that satisfies the palate thanks to its strong and fresh acidity, the full taste and characterized by a classic note of sage. To be served as an exclusive aperitif or refreshing summer wine. In combination with dishes it becomes a perfect companion for vegetable lasagna (asparagus or pumpkin).
