The wine
The renowned German grape is particularly well suited to the highest vineyards and even at 600 meters above sea level it gives its best. Müller-Thurgau convinces with fresh fruit, delicate notes of hay and muscat grapes, as well as lively acidity. Likes to be drunk in his youth. Easy to interpret wine that is suitable as an aperitif or to enhance appetizers. Its very fine fruity notes make it the ideal partner for soups such as pea soups with ricotta pralines, asparagus and light fish dishes such as char.
