San Michele Appiano Pinot Grigio St. Valentin
2018Spec sheet
The wine
A pure Pinot Grigio that ferments and refines on the lees in barrique. The result is a convincing product, in which freshness, strength and concentration are well modulated. It has an intense straw yellow color and to the nose it offers fruity notes and smoky echoes. On the palate it is full; the attack is soft and rich but the finish is savory and refreshing. A white with a good evolutionary potential.

Names like Merol, Montiggl, Schulthauser, Anger, Lahn, together with the reserves, constitute the top...
