The wine
Besides being one of the oldest cultivated vines, Pinot Noir is considered one of the most prized red wines. Grown for over 150 years, it is one of the most popular red wines in South Tyrol. This refreshing summer wine goes beautifully with snacks on the cutting board, but also with pizza, pasta or guinea fowl breast stuffed with wild garlic.
