The wine
Valpolicella Classico is a wine made from medium-bodied Corvina and Rondinella grapes and with a moderate alcohol content. The color, a bright ruby red, is combined with a fresh scent with notes of cherry. It makes the best when young, or when the aromatic intensity stands out. Ideal throughout the meal, especially with ground preparations.
