The wine
A bright straw-yellow colour with golden flecks, it enthrals on the nose with hints of flint and gunpowder on an aromatic layer of melon, exotic fruit and broom, mingling with spicy suggestions of white pepper and vanilla. Notes of dried fruits and nuts along with toasty nuances feature in its entry onto the palate, where it comes over as elegant and vibrant, with a long persistence of mineral hints. The sublime expression of a Garganega in all its purity, harvested late and very ripe before its vinification.
