The wine
Pale straw yellow with greenish reflections to the eye, the nose is as elegant as it is delicate, with notes of white rose and broom above all, to accompany a citrus and fruity texture of peach and lime. The hints of flint are the subtext to the notes of hay, fennel, anise and hazelnut. Very drinkable, in the mouth it is both soft and savory, almost chalky, thirst-quenching in its citrusy freshness.
