The wine
Produced exclusively from Montepulciano grapes selected and harvested by hand in mid-October, it matures in French 34hl barrels for 6 months. Followed by 2 months of bottle aging. Brilliant ruby red color with purple hues. Intense and persistent notes of cherry, plums and fresh raspberries on the nose. Taste rich in small red fruits. With good structure. The ideal pairing is with dry soups, roasted white meats and fresh cheeses.
