Here is the first 100% Cabernet Sauvignon from Sicily!
Intense ruby red color; the nose is explosive, rich, exuberant and complex. Fruity notes of black currant and morello cherry, spicy notes of cocoa, vanilla and black pepper, a beautiful scent of Mediterranean scrub: myrtle, sage, thyme, mint, bergamot ... In the mouth the tannin is delicate, the fruity notes return with pleasant discretion . A warm, fresh and balanced wine.
A wine that is an explosive yet very elegant expression of the territory, from which it has inherited wealth and exuberance.
Suitable to accompany dishes with an intense flavor: lamb, veal kidney, duck with orange, roast game, boiled meats.What does this wine taste like?
