The wine
A fun, alternative, hilarious, simple, spontaneous wine. White, sparkling, natural, organic, unfiltered. The bubble derives from an ancestral method. Ideal as an aperitif or snack, as an accompaniment to various appetizers, or with exotic cuisines.
Light straw yellow color, clear and lively. The fermentation in the bottle helps to create an aromatic stratification in which you can see herbaceous notes, subtle minerality, citrus and soft floral scents. In the mouth it is dry, carbon dioxide amplifies the acidity making it alive. Very wide range of combinations, it is suitable both as an aperitif and in combination with exotic as well as traditional cuisines.
