Dedicated to the founder of the company from which it takes its name, the sparkling wine from Tenuta Bonzara is made from Pignoletto grapes. This wine is produced only in the best years, that is when the grapes show an excellent quality that justifies the sparkling process. The second fermentation takes place entirely on the farm through the long Charmat method followed by a long elevagè sur lies. The production is limited to guarantee the quality of the product which is presented in an elegant dark bottle with a broad base, an expression of its importance and prestige.
Straw yellow with green reflections, with a fine and persistent perlage. Typical nose, slightly aromatic, with hints of unripe fruit and hints of bread crust.
