The wine
Prince of the territorial tradition on which the company historically insists, Arneis Cayega stands out for its richness and personality. The glass, still greenish, nevertheless reveals excellent consistency and decisive nuances. The impressions are confirmed on the nose, incredibly satisfying and complex: the crunchy fruit with a light paste is admirably combined with the notes of wild flowers and freshly cut herbs, of great aromaticity. Harmony returns to the palate, evidently fresh and richly savory, but also enveloping and caressing, easy to drink but never banal.
