The wine
This Barolo from the Cerrati cru of Tenuta Cucco, reveals intense and complex aromas, with floral scents that refer to the scrub rose and notes of mint and thyme; the fruity components of freshly mashed cherry and currant also emerge, at the end hints of undergrowth and mushroom are perceived. Perfect in combination with red meats, game and aged cheeses.
