The wine
The Bianco Mediterraneo from Tenuta delle Ripalte has a straw yellow color with greenish reflections. Balanced and fresh, with great character and surprising minerality. In addition to the classic combinations with seafood and rustic cuisine, it finds an ideal combination in fish appetizers and is happily accompanied by not too seasoned cheeses. Savory aftertaste with hints of Mediterranean scrub.
