Tenuta delle Ripalte Rosso Mediterraneo

The Rosso Mediterraneo produced by Tenuta delle Ripalte is characterized by a fruity aroma and fresh and non-aggressive tannins on a large and mineral body, in the glass it is ruby red in color. It can be served at a cool cellar temperature on seafood dishes typical of Tuscan cuisine such as cacciucco and cod. It is also excellent with first courses with meat sauce and spicy dressings.
