The wine
Il Pino di Biserno is an elegant and refined wine that speaks of its territory. It comes in a bright ruby red glass. The nose gives off complex hints of berry fruit, with spicy notes and a slight woody. On the palate it is concentrated, fruity, with ripe tannins. Destined to age well for about eight to twelve years, it shows an extraordinary drinkability even in youth. On the table it goes well with roasted meats, especially beef, whether it is fillet, sirloin or Florentine steak.
