The wine
Intense straw yellow, it has a sweet and clear scent, with complex hints of almond and floral notes. Of great structure combined with elegance, consistency and pleasantness, with a moderate but present acidity, rightly savory, with good persistence in the finish. It is enhanced with fish, white meats, unseasoned cheeses; for its flavor it is a wine for the whole meal.
