The wine
A typical Veneto knows how to be recognized, like Gianfranco, to whom that vineyard once belonged. Gianfranco, known as Gianfrè, for friends Nanfrè. Fruity with notes of cherry and red fruit, floral and spicy nuances. Soft and fresh, fragrant and savory with moderate tannins. Ideal in combination with cured meats and butchery products (lard, soppressa, bacon), pasta dishes, risottos, soups, vegetable soups, Mediterranean fish soups, pasta and beans, white meats, boiled meat.
Drinking and storing
Serve between 16ºC and 18ºC
