The wine
Vermentino Permano is an intense and mineral white wine produced in Liguria from Vermentino grapes in purity and belonging to the DOC Colli di Luni. At sight it has a straw yellow color with greenish reflections; the sensation on the nose refers to hints of white pulp fruits, wild flowers and aromatic herbs. The sip is rich and mineral, well balanced with freshness. Excellent in combination with grilled fish, raw fish, first courses of seafood and fresh cheeses.
