The wine
Fosso di Corsano is a Ligurian white wine made from 100% Vermentino. Fresh wine with a strong minerality. At sight it has a bright straw yellow color; the perfume is delicate and mineral characterized by flavors of white and yellow fruit, citrus fruits, hints of honey and Mediterranean scrub and iodine references. The sip is soft, vigorous, enveloping and balanced, with excellent freshness and flavor. Perfect in combination with fish dishes and white meats.

Serve between 6ºC and 8ºC
