The wine
The merla from the Terenzuola mine has an intense ruby red color; notes of pepper and hints of wild berries make up an elegant, intense and spicy aromatic profile. The sip is direct, enveloping and mineral with fruity aromatic returns. It goes well with red meat dishes and stewed game. Excellent with aged cheeses.
