The wine
Made using Garnacha and Cariñena grapes from 20 to 25 year-old vines.
A deep cherry-red colour with violet hues, aromas of ripe black fruits (figs, plums...) come through on the nose, accompanied by lactic and balsamic notes and hints of oak-ageing. Feeling fresh, voluminous and pleasing on the palate, spicy notes are evident along with silky tannins.
Aged for 8 months in French oak barrels.
