The wine
Collio Bianco del Faet has a straw yellow color. It immediately shows complexity and olfactory finesse with minerality in the foreground, followed by ripe white pulp fruit such as pineapple, white peach and russet apple. Delicate hints of yeast given by the frequent batonagge. Balance and elegance make the sip satisfying with a finish of good persistence. Suitable for Gradese-style grilled fish.
