Tenuta delle terre Nere tells the passion and ability of two brothers, Marco and Sebastian de Grazia. The philosophy behind the company provides for an obsessive care of the vineyard (the company has been certified organic since 2010) in order to minimize the procedures in the cellar and obtain wines that reflect the unique characteristics of the terroir and the varieties used.
The vines that give life to this wine, a blend of Carricante mainly, Catarratto, Grecanico, Minnella and Insolia, were planted on the pundices of the vilcano in the forties. The Etna Bianco of Tenuta Terre Nere does not see wood, it is a sumptuous wine, fresh and complex on the nose: in the beginning it smells strongly of white flowers and fruits, lime and pear peel; with oxygenation, the aromatic range is enriched more and more, so notes of hazelnuts and incense emerge together with an important mineral base. Upon tasting it is a confirmation: a precise, energetic, fresh, mineral, fruity and absolutely engaging wine.
