The wine
Falanghina Trama white wine is a pleasant and fresh Campania wine, produced by the Terre Stregate company in the Benevento IGT denomination. At sight it has a straw yellow color with greenish reflections; on the nose it expresses fresh and delicate hints that refer to floral aromas of wisteria and hawthorn. The sip is light and drinkable which refers to the retronasal floral sensations. Excellent in combination with first courses based on fish, sushi and appetizers for peritif.
