The wine
Can a wine from Priorat be both fragrant and light? Yes, but only in the hands of a winemaker such as Dominik Huber. Controversial in his methods, Dominik is committed to making elegant Priorat wines where the grapes and the soil come to the forefront. Short macerations and ageing in large wooden casks produces wines reminiscent of past times in Priorat.
Produced from 55 to 75 year-old vines bearing Garnacha and Cariñena grapes. Matured over 24 months in second fill French oak barrels.
