The wine
Thomas Morey's Chassagne-Montrachet wine is a 100% Chardonnay white wine, produced in Burgundy. In the glass it has a straw yellow color with golden reflections. The nose expresses delicate hints of white flowers and white pulp fruit (pear and apple). The sip is velvety and enveloping but also fresh and mineral, very well balanced. Excellent in combination with shellfish, fish dishes and fresh cheeses.
Drinking and storing
Serve between 6ºC and 8ºC
