The wine
The wines which Jean-Roger Calvet makes in the Côtes du Roussillon in collaboration with Jean-Luc Thunevin are ones to get to know, wines of great richness, robust but always elegant, without being overdone, and falling within a wide price range. Les Dentelles is powerful and fresh, floral and full of fruit, with aromas of predominantly red fruits and silky tannins; a very flavoursome wine that has an elegant mouthfeel.
