The wine
Giocheremo con i Fiori is a juicy and fragrant organic wine that comes from the hills at the foot of the Gran Sasso, in the heart of the Abruzzo region. It is characterized by a beautiful straw yellow color with golden hues. The nose offers fresh, citrus notes, with hints of ripe fruit, medicinal herbs and soft honeyed and floral notes. The mouth confirms the olfactory impressions, with a velvety, almost round entrance. Rich, savory and highly mineral, it has a long and elegant finish, given by an appreciable acid-savory vein that makes it the perfect companion for delicious aperitifs, appetizers and fish-based dishes, but also white meats and first courses.
