Brilliant ruby red with garnet reflections, it has an intense nose, with a fruity and vinous aroma. In the mouth it is broad and persistent, slightly acidic, and recalls small red fruits (strawberries, raspberries). Since the wine is full-bodied and well structured, it should be paired with dishes cooked with a certain commitment, such as ravioli with braised meat, stewed beef, game and jugged game. It is excellent with aged cheeses.
