Torrevilla La Genisia Bonarda Frizzante

At sight this Bonarda Frizzante has a deep ruby red color with garnet reflections; the scent is intense, fine and persistent. Very pleasant vinous notes accompanied by aromas of very ripe fruit (peach, plum, apricot). The sip is full-bodied with a soft and pleasantly tantalizing finish thanks to the liveliness. Excellent on cured and cured meats (Varzi salami) and cooked (cotechino, zampone), it goes well with white and red meat dishes, especially if cooked in stews (veal morsels, fried pork). It is exceptional on any type of cheese.
