The wine
Mainardo III Brut expresses a surprising sensation of freshness and minerality even enhanced by the long stay on the lees. In a full and persistent body it recalls the unique peculiarities of our soils. The color is straw yellow with fine and persistent perlage. The nose is intense and complex: citrus fruits, bread crust, pineapple and green apple. On the palate it is fresh, savory and harmonious.
