Riserva Troy is an intense golden yellow Chardonnay; the nose expresses delicate floral and citrus scents, tropical fruits, chamomile and mint with a touch of almond and toasted hazelnut. With great elegance Troy shows off his typically alpine character; notes of ripe tropical fruit such as mango, banana and melon are embellished with a hint of hazelnut and supported by an incredible freshness and saline minerality; the finish is long and juicy on mineral tones.
Excellent with fish carpaccio, shrimp, shrimp pulp, marinated salmon or scallops; ideal to accompany first courses of all kinds: from lemon risotto to tasty dishes such as tagliolini with truffle; exceptional with the delicacies of the alpine cuisine, such as mushroom dumplings, brook trout, veal tartar or goat cheeses.

Den Wein den wir bestellten ist selten, die letzten 6 Flaschen kauften wir hier im Versand. Leider gingen diese auf dem Weg bei GLS zu Bruch. Händler war sehr bemüht und fand in Italien noch Ersatz, wenn auch ein anderer Jahrgang. Diese sind zwar noch nicht angeliefert worden. Jedoch sind wir jetzt schon sehr mit dem Service zufrieden.
